April 7th, 2001
Three Spectacular Events!!!
All on one day!!!

CRAFT FAIR AND RUMMAGE SALE!

On April 7th Olive Crest is having a Craft Fair!

Proceeds will be for Evangelism and Conference Apportionments. Space for each crafter or vender, with a 6 foot or 8 foot table (their choice) is $15.00. But for Olive Crest people we have a special cost of $10.00. A table for Olive Crest will be available for anyone who would like to donate for the church craft table or the Bake Sale table for Olive Crest. A Lunch Counter will also be available for Rolls, coffee, Pop and etc in the AM with Sloppy Joes, Hot Dogs, Pie, Brownies, Cookies and etc from 11:00 a.m. on. Help to set on Friday afternoon and evening to help with the Lunch Counter, Olive Crest Table, Bake Sale Table, and clean up is needed. If anyone would like to volunteer please call the church Office 571-7468, Deb Merriweather, Cindy Pafford, or Hazel Burgess 571-7421.

The YAH! Group will have tables in one of the Day Care Rooms for a White Elephant Rummage Sale. Donations for this part of the sale are welcome and can be left at the Church Office. All proceeds from this part of the Craft Fair will go to the YAH! Group and their projects.

Rolls and Coffee and Tea will be provided for Crafters and other venders in the morning. Set up time will start at 6:00 a.m. and if contact has not been made by 8:30 a.m. your reserve space may be sold to someone else. So far we have been getting a good number of responses from crafters in Iowa and Nebraska.

Come join in the fun!
