Monthly Offerings To GodJuanita says that in May 2001 we gave to God $7,413.79 while we spent $7,830.83. Marvin Widman of the Finance Committee put together an analysis of how the budget is doing (including Day Care contributions) so that we know how much giving is actually reaching the budget.
Jan $6776 So our average per month is $7716 while we need $8121 per month so we are falling short by $405 per month. This average is $500 better than it was in March even though we are still short. Our heroic efforts at the end of the year make everything work out. But making some small effort earlier in the year sure would make the year-end race easier.
